Deliver within South Africa

  • Gauteng：3-5 business days
  • Other state of South Africa：6-10 business days

za.10by10styles.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal and major holidays). Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends) or public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are fixed according to the destination and the weight of the purchased products. This will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery company

It is our objective to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.
We use a number of third-party courier service providers but on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that customers place orders well in advance of parties and special occasions to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Overseas Delivery

Online orders are only delivered within South Africa. If you want to delivery made abroad, please send an email to za-contact@10by10styles.com with the title "International Shipping" or visit us in flagship store in Johannesburg.

Change of delivery address

Please ensure your address is correct, changing the address after we have processed the order and it has left the warehouse will cause extra fees which would be borne by buyer.
